Cypress Gardens questions

I had read somewhere that they were renovating Cypress Gardens in phases.
Does anyone know if it is complete?
Would kids 4 and 6 enjoy it?
Are there any discounts to go?

We took my three year old twins last October and they loved it. Almost all of the rides they were tall enough to ride, even the "big" roller coaster. So they thought that was great. Plus there were no lines for anything, so it was a very relaxing day.
