CVS Scanner/Printer Problems

Is anyone else having problems with printing coupons at the scanner in CVS? I haven't been there for a few weeks but was there twice this week. The first scanner in our store had what looked like a Windows Desk-top. It wouldn't do anything. I asked the clerk if he could fix it and he said that he had tried the day before but didn't know what was wrong. The scanner in the back of the store would scan prices but when you tried to scan the card, an error message came up.

I went back to the store 2 days later and it was the same. The manager saw me at the scanner in the back and said that there was a problem company wide. Since I haven't read anything here, I'm wondering if he's right or if it's just his store that they are not working at.

Has anyone been able to get coupon from the scanners lately?

The scanners were not working at either store in my area last week. Haven't tried in the last 5 days or so. I am in GA.

They were having issues with the one at the CVS I was at yesterday... they did eventually get it to work, though.

I was at a CVS on Thursday and the scanner wouldn't work, that's nothing new though. Depending on what CVS store I'm in they either might work...or not.
I have better luck in some of the CVS stores than others, but for the most part, find they work sporadically.

Yup same here. I went last night and same thing.... I am located in MA
