Cvs deals 4/5-4/11

Well, I tried to use the $15/$75 on gift cards today, and it beeped. The cashier read it, and said it wouldn't work on gift cards. (I notice that wording on it earlier, so I didn't argue.) Ah well, some birthday presents knocked out anyway. And I did get my $10 ECB for the iTunes cards.

I've had such a crappy week.... I lost my Itunes GCs..... I hope they turn up

I finally got my schick coupons I bought off ebay (took 2 weeks!!) and I went to 2 different CVS's and loaded up on the razors and refills. Thankfully I had no problems using 2 coupons on the BOGO. I think I will grab a few more tomorrow. I told my DH he has to start shaving with a pink intuition razor

So 2 transactions on 2 different cards and still no $x/$xx coupons!! I was really hoping for a $15/$75. Bummer.

I got both a $15/75 and a $20/100 on the scanner machines in the store today.

I spent 2 hours in CVS tonight trying to use the $20/100 that was burning a hole in my purse..

I did the Olay deal and used those expired Regenerist $5 off coupons on the cleanser wipes so I came out ahead on that one. Did the CoverGirl mineral, but only had a $2.50/2 expired coupon so that stuff cost me $9.50. I ended up losing about $20 in ECBs and $5 OOP, but got lots of stuff that I will use. I splurged on a 24.7 compact and only had a $2 coupon for it and it doesn't even count for the buy $30, get $10. Oh well. I also bought some Hallmark items thinking I was finishing the deal to get the free song card, but it was off my receipt so I must've missed that by a few days, I think it was on my receipt on Sunday.

For those of you who like Neutrogena sunscreen, I found out that the 1 oz. sample size of the new UltraSheer waterproof Dry-Touch SPF 55 with Helioplex works for the buy $15, get $5 deal. They are $1.99 each and are great purse-size and travel sunscreen. A 3 oz. costs $9.49 so the small ones are a much better deal. These probably will be in the cosmetics section in a clear round tub if they aren't near the sunscreen. Eight tubes will cost $10.92 after Extra Bucks.
