Do I get extra bucks for prescriptions at cvs? (I just signed up, lots of questions) Is it more for more expensive ones or just a set amount per prescription?

You get $1 for every two...

I would imagine you get them at the same time you get the quarterly ECB... but I've not paid attention to really know.

Piecey is right and it's quarterly and they run even, so if you got 13 filled in the quarter, you would only get $6. You also get a percentage of your CVS Brand purchases back quarterly and often they double that amount with a coupon available in the store, more info. here: https://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/user/extracare/extracare.jsp

It's not just costly prescriptions that count, I have one that is a drug from the 1940's and it costs $1.86 to fill and that is included.

Not every state allows reward programs on prescriptions. It varies by state. Here in NJ you cannot get CVS points on prescriptions. :confused3

And in NJ we also can't use those prescription coupons everyone always talks about.
