That's what I heard, I don't do the Rite Aid deals though. I tried to add Walgreens but got so frustrated with them, I think I'll stick to CVS.

I was told at Rite Aid that I couldn't use a BOGO coupon on a BOGO deal to get them both free. But my CVS also does not allow that and I haven't really worked up the energy to argue with them!

You can do really good at CVS if you stick to the sales. Watch out for impulse buys though - if not on sale, CVS tends to be expensive. When my daughter was younger, I had to remind her on shopping day that we only bought what was on the list at CVS.

I had unexpected company on Sunday and my weekly shopping trip got all messed up. It was so late that I just went to the grocery store and picked up a few perishables that needed re-stocking. I didn't get to CVS or Rite Aid at all. I am hoping to sort some coupons tonight while watching the hockey game and then stop by CVS and Rite Aid during the week after work. I hate shopping after work but there are a few things that I wanted to pick up.

We went Tuesday and I got some pizza and soda to get the $30 giftcard. DH also got the razor and refill blades. They were out of several things, but DH found 3 boxes of Motrin while I was getting the pizza. It was a quick trip with kind of a plan and $22 ECBs to use. Except the men’s razor rang up wrong and I didn’t get the ecb and t hey were super busy, so I waited and had the manager and he said it was limit one, and I said that the refills and razor were separate deals and if not I wanted to return it. (I later saw on FB a lot of people were having issues with the razor) so he returned it and rang it back up and manually printed the ECB. Then he lost my other ECBS!! He said he didn’t have them, but then he found them on the floor of the isle where the razors were.
He is a nice guy, I like him usually. But ugh!!
Last night I was sorting through my receipts to put away and out of my purse and I looked at my bill again and I saw that one of the martins was the 40 count, not the 20 and it rang up almost $10!! DH goes into look at the 3 boxes and of course I opened the 40 count.
The boxes are exactly the same.
I am so mad at myself. I saw we got $6, I thought it was $2 a box, so I thought I was good. DH said it was the last 3 boxes and they were all together.
I hate that the packaging is the exact same size, the bottles and the box. Just a small 40 instead of 20.

So be careful. I did send them an email saying how the packaging should be more clearly marked. I know it’s my fault though, but still.

On and I saw last night there is a Motrin PM coupon online. I can get one more on my card, so I hope to go tonight to a different store to see if they have it.

I haven't been to a CVS in years, but my DD is really getting serious in the couponing and said there were some good deals and she had the coupons to get the best possible deal. We went in and had to get cards, found out that we couldn't get the Pepsi deal as it's only for some? So tried to get many others, but most shelves were empty on anything the was a money maker, or really good deal. The only thing we could get was the Zyrtek, ($5.99-had $3 off coupon and got $5.99 rewards or whatever they call it), and buy 2 get 1 free tic tacs had 3 coupons for .75 ea. So we ended up paying less that the rewards we received. Not bad!
