Customizing Magic Band Issue

When I first booked my trip, I customized magic bands for myself and the other member of my party. The cutoff date for customizing isn’t until August, but I logged in today just to check that everything still looked good. Now it’s showing up that I only get one magic band (zero declined). We are staying on property, so two should be included (and both of us are still listed on the reservation).

I sent an email to their customer service, but I was wondering if this has happened to anyone?
 
In my experience sometimes the site "glitches" and I can't see other people that are linked to me. I usually wait a few hours and then everything is fine.
 
Does the person you are planning with have a separate MDE, or do you mange all the plans? He/she may be able to log-in and view all of the bands. I am completely missing two MagicBand orders even though I booked the resorts, but my sister can log-in, view them, and customize them.

This happened to me when I booked a trip last week for this week. I would call Disney and have them fix it - that's what I had to do but it was a simple fix and now it's all good.

This happened to me twice last week. Give them a call, but then keep your eye on it. They fixed the glitch with ours on our last day to customize, but that same night it reverted back to one MB. The next morning I called and they were able to fix it again. They ended up sending my MB and then my husband and kids' MB's separately...it all worked out! Good luck and have a great trip!

You know, I had to call to fix it last week and it was fixed. Then they sent me an email saying my bands were customized and that I can pick them up when I arrive at my resort, but it reverted back to just one magic band! It's so frustrating. I'll just have to have it fixed for good when we get to the resort, but Disney's website is having some problems lately, that's for sure.

It happened to me last week. It now shows both magic bands but only shows my tickets and not my husbands.
 
Thanks everyone for the help. Called and they fixed it right up - hopefully it stays that way! 54 days to go. :yay:
