customized clipart?

Firstly thanks for the great directions on how to set up my own web page!! I have done that and have been playing with different pics. Is there anywhere that instructs on how to make a personalized clipart? I looked in the list of posts, but could not find anything. Any direction would be appriciated! Thanks in advance!

You'll need to have some type of image editing software. I use Paint Shop Pro right now. You can check out some trial versions at www.download.com There are plenty of clipart junkies hanging around here. Just post away with the questions.
