Customizations at Be Our Guest?

Hello! We have breakfast adr at BoG and would like to do the preordering.

Is there a way to customize any of it? Ie I would like to try the poached egg sandwich but want the eggs medium at minimum (hard would be better than easy)
Partner wants Gaston plate but eggs scrambled well

If you can’t customize at preorder you should be able to do it when you arrive at BOG and check in (not at the check in desk but when you go inside).

I've never had breakfast there but we do lunch every trip and have always been able to customize online during the preorder... have you tried to play around with it on MDE?

As previous poster said, you shouldn't have any problems customizing at the register if you can't do it online.
