Has anyone had difficulty getting thru to customer service today? Want to book flights. Have been on hold for 3 hours.

My travel agent says that she has experienced 2 to 4 hour waits every day this week. She also mentioned that sometimes after holding for two hours you get cut off out of the queue and have to start over

Today is the last day for Dream passengers to cancel to get refunds (based upon their announcement yesterday).. That is probably why the lines are busy.
