Heres an amazing customer service story.
A week ago Saturday I had lunch at the Wilderness Lodge in Walt Disney World. I had a copy of the Wall Street Journal with me that I accidentally left at the table. Today I received a package in the mail from the Wilderness Lodge: the newspaper that I had left behind. $5.34 U.S. Postage paid by the sender.
Well, how about that?
The waiter would have to give that to someone who would have needed to look up my address in their database. Not to mention the bother of packing it up and sending it off.
