So last night I logged onto MDE and was prompted to change my password. Apparently there’s a glitch that created another account and you have to call them to merge accounts because you only see the ‘new’ acct and it looks brand new, with no ADRs, tix, etc. (so warning if it happens to you but it will be fixed). Anyways, long story short, when I spoke to the CM she was sooooo nice. She couldn’t apologize more for the issue but assured me that everything was there and she merged the accounts. I somehow mentioned this was our 1st trip ever, and that started it all. Oh my gosh, she and I spent over 45 min chatting just about my trip. She gave me tips, things to see and not miss for a 1st trip, secrets to look for that many don’t know. When we were winding down, I noticed that they had closed 20 min earlier and I told her that she is working past her shift and she should go home. She said not to worry about it, it was worth helping someone who had never been. I felt like I was chatting with a friend and could’ve chatted all night. I just wanted to post how amazed I am with these CM when I’ve called but this one really was the tip of the castle. Bravo Disney!!
