How much should I tip for four poeple in a towncar from Orlando International airport to one of the deluxe Disney resorts?

Minimum 15%, just like in a restaurant, go to 20% for excellent service.

I completely agree with you, but, would add you should split the entire tip by 2 as you may not get the same driver on the way back.

I tip $10 each way. I add an additional $5 if I make a grocery stop. If I have more than one suitcase and a carry on per person I also add another $1 per bag.
