Custom Tshirts

I'm not looking for design help (yet)... but have a (hopefully) simple question...

If I come up with a design for our family trip, what is the best way to get that design on (different size) T-shirts?

The last time we did this (2005?), I couldn't customize shirts online, had to buy the shirts and take them to a local tshirt place to customize.

I'm hoping to design a Phineas & Ferb logo (with characters) and incorporate the park icons on the front of the shirt w/personalization on the back. So once I design it, what do I do? Will "professional" (online?) shirt companies print shirts with Disney images? I'm worried about copyright issues.

First...If you are going to do any type of t-shirt making...I would start by buying some of Amy's transfers. Anything that you design on your PC should be able to be printed directly n the transfer paper and then ironed onto the shirts...Hope this helps

I buy all my shirts from www.jiffyshirts.com, then I print my transfers at home and iron them on. Easy-peasy and reasonably priced! If you make that P&F logo, any chance you'd share it with your fellow DIS-ers? I love Phineas and Ferb!

I DO NOT recommend the transfers at micheals....I had a horrible experience..I am buying mine this year from Amymickey on the dis...her transfers come highly recommended....
