Custom Shirts for 7 y.o+ Boys?

I'm kind of struggling to come up with shirt ideas for my boys who will be 7 and 9 during our trip. I don't really want to use transfers.. I sew, tie-dye, and do freezer paper stencils (I use my Silhouette to cut the designs, so I can do some fairly complicated designs).

Can I get some inspiration or ideas please? What do you guys dress your not-too-young, not-too-old boys in at WDW?

Have you seen the shirts that you design and then use a bleach pen to change the colors? You can either google belach pen t-shirts or go on Pinterest and search bleach pen. a lot of ideas come up.
