Custom die-cutting machine

Does anyone know of a custom die cutting machine that doesn't require cartridges? I like cricut but I want to be able to use an image from my computer instead of having to buy a cartridge that possibly contains extra images I don't want/need. TIA

I know that there are several on the market that will do what you want. There is the xyron wishblade as well as pazzle's inspiration cutter (just google pazzle). They are very pricey and there is a learning curve with the software.

There is also the Klic and Kut, craftrobo, shilouette, and gazelle- some are very similar to each other (same machine with different names and colors) and some come in various sizes- cutting areas are different.

I have a Klic N Kut Groove it has a 13 inch capability. Yes there is a learning curve! It can get very frustrating in the beginning.

I recently borrowed a friend's Cricut to compare and it made me appreciate mine even more.


Do a google search there are a lot of comparison charts out there to look at for these machines.
