Custom cake order

Hi everybody, we will be in WDW for the first week in October, travelling from South Africa. I am trying to avoid having to make an international call to place a cake order. We are staying at the Grand Floridian and it will be my son's birthday, so excited for him! We have ADR for 1900 Park Fare that morning, I remember that about 3 years ago I could send an e-mail directly to a lady at the Grand Floridian to order a cake, but I can't find that e-mail address anywhere. Does anybody perhaps have e-mail contact details for the bakery at the Grand Floridian?

According to disneytravelbabble: "Only the Contemporary (WDW.Contemporary.Cake.Order@disney.com) and the Magic Kingdom (magickingdomcakes@disney.com)" They also say that it may be possible to get a cast members e-mail where you can supply additional pictures or other details.
