Hi I have a couple of questions. I know someone said that some custom brides receive annual passes, I just wondered why it was just some and when they sent them if you got them. Also how long did it take for the save the dates to go out. They got my contract Dec 16, so I know the holidays may have thrown them off. I just have family who want to book rooms. Thanks

I haven't heard of a custom bride not getting an AP in the past two years, unless someone recently didn't get one. We got our AP's back with our signed and executed contract from Disney, about 2 weeks after we had signed the contract and sent it to them.

Our Save the Dates reached our guests about 2 weeks after we gave our sales manager our guest list. I would imagine your STD's will be going out soon, if they havne't already. You could always ask your sales manager for a status update if you are concerned.

It took our save the dates and executed contract about 4 weeks to be ready. And most brides get AP's but remember it is not a definite thing.

I don't understand why it is not a definate thing? I understand they may change the policy or whatever but why would some get them and others not? That just does not make any sense to me.

we received our ap's with our executed contract about 7 months out. we did our own save the dates at 11 months out.

Took us about a month to 6 weeks (can't remember exactly) to get ours. I think they want it to be a surprise and feel like you are getting a bit of disney magic!

The reason I say not definite is because at any moment Disney could decide they are not giving them anymore. it is not written anywhere that it is a "given" item. Thats the onyl reason I say that. They want it to be a surprise.

When we went on our site visit over the holidays, we were told by Kristi Davis our SM, that we will be getting them. I don't think they tell everyone - like someone else said - because it's a bit of Disney magic when you get them. ::MickeyMo

Ok I got my extra save the dates in the mail so that should mean they will be going out soon. I guess that I now just need to wait for my contract to come back and maybe we will get the AP

When we went last week, we were also told by our SM that we would be getting them with our signed contract! You should probably be getting them really soon!
