It's an all women's health club and I am just wondering if anyone has had any experiences.... good or bad. I have an appointment on Wednesday.

Man - your original request got moved over to the WISH board rather quickly! Anyway - I think I have a few posts down this page or on page two. It might explain it a little better. Definetly go check it out. The price should be anywhere from $59 - $109 to join plus $39 per month. They ask for a one year commitment. It's nice with the women's-only atmosphere. It takes 30 minutes to do the circuit three times through. You do a few cool-down exercies. It sounds kinda odd but it really works!
