Currently planning first WDW trip and need transportation help!

So we're trying to throw a trip together and I've never been to WDW - So far we're looking at the Clarion Inn near Disney Springs because we are planning to walk to and from there, so it would be our main hub.

My question is - are the buses to resorts from Disney Springs currently running early enough to then transfer buses to get to the parks when they open? Or at least very close to opening time? My main concerns are Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom since they open at 9, and all the info I can find about resort buses at the Springs says they start at 9.

Any advice would be heaven!

I stayed in the Clarion once and while we did walk to Disney Springs (or Downtown Disney as it was then) a few times, it's not a walk I'd like to do every day going to the parks. IIRC it's a long walk and not particularly pedestrian friendly due to the number of very busy roads we had to cross. When we stayed they had a shuttle bus going to Wdw parks and Universal so we mostly used that.

Hopefully someone can answer about the timing of Disney Springs buses, I know when we were at Beach Club in September we commented that the Disney Springs buses didn't seem to run frequently till later in the morning but I'm sure someone will know for sure.

I would think no. Why would people be at Disney Springs that early who need to get to another resort? Either way, I would caution against this idea if you’re trying to save any time at all. Will probably be a lot of frustration as you wait for a bus and park time is ticking away! Hope you have a great trip!

It's against Disney policy to take a Disney springs resort bus to a resort and then to a park . In any case the buses to ds start running around 10am so it wouldn't work to get you into the parks at opening, the earliest you would be in a park using this method would be around 11am
Best way to go to the parks is find if the resort has a Disney parks shuttle or uber/lyft
