Current Rofr For Okw ??

Itching to do an add-on... thinking OKW 100 pts -- anyone passed Disney's ROFR for OKW points lately....at what price....any input would be helpful....WE NEED MORE POINTS!!!

Please tell me someone has passed ROFR for lower than $79 -- the contract is asking $75 a point ... I was hoping in the high $60's --- pleeeeeease

A friend had an OKW contract in the low 70's with no current year points ROFR'd. No way high 60's will pass.

I agree no way will the 60's pass.

Check out the ROFR thread: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=720134 Start on the last page and work your way forward. The most recent summary is in post #3042 (page 203 or so).

If you want to be sure you will pass ROFR on a 100-point OKW contract it looks like $78/pt will do it. Recently someone reported they passed at $75/pt but there are four OKW contracts listed in the ROFR summary that didn't make it at $75-$76 so you would be taking a risk at that price. And I would be surprised if you had any chance of passing at a price below $75/pt.

I just passed ROFR on 2/1. I was 75 dollars for 296 with 193 banked. This is for OKW.

Thanks for posting this. Your contract is the one I was referring to in my post and I couldn't remember anything other than the price you paid. You were very fortunate to pass at $75/pt. Congratulations!

Thanks for the input everyone -- We own at BCV & BWV - but I feel like over the last couple of years the price of everything has gotten out of control -- I'm gonna try to come in under $75 and we'll let everyone know my success or not....over & out for now
