current pricing of 'sold out' resorts

Does anyone know the direct from Disney price on some of the sold out resorts?

OKW, VWL, BCV?

I'm seriously considering a resale contract, and just wanted one final reality check..

We just paid $90/pt for our addon OKW with last year's points included plus an extended contract.

We're considering an add-on in about 18 months (need to save the $$$ first). I'm surprised at how high DVCs prices are compared to resale companies. Does DVC exercise a lot of ROFR on resales? I don't want to get my hopes up on maybe getting 100 - 150 points on a resale and then only be able to buy less than 100 through Disney.

Disney has not been excerising ROFR very often over the past 9 months, but once again there is no ryhme or reason for when they do. Resale is certainly the way to go if you are patient and can endure the ROFR process. DIS Operations has a ROFR thread that shows what has passed and what has been ROFR'd.

From other posts recently, it's been noted that Disney has been buying back some BCV contracts.

Thank you! We've decided we really don't care where we buy as long as it's on WDW property (no HH or VB). We find we're booking at the 7 month window most of the time. We have our favorite resorts, but are happy pretty much wherever we stay. What we do want is a June use year to match our other contracts (150 VWL and 2 contracts at BWV totalling 90 pts). We have noticed that there aren't as many June use years on the resales, so we know we'll need to be patient on that point.

thanks! I've been debating on waiting..to see if it would go lower, but I thought this was a good enough deal to pull the trigger.

only thing that bums me a little is the 42 exp date..I'll be 75 then, I probably shouldn't worry too much
