Current prices through Disney

Anyone know what the current offers are through Disney? I assume AKL and BLT are what they're pushing now. We're trying to answer a friend's questions about buying through them vs. resale. We have done both. TIA.

If I'm not mistaken, all WDW DVC resorts are priced at $120 per point, and BLT is going to $130 on Dec 1.

Resale selling prices are 20-50% less, depending on resort, with SSR being about HALF the direct price and OKW even a little lower than half-price.

The DVC is pushing BLT, OKW and SSR. But Disney has just raised the price for SSR so maybe those sales will drop as well. For some reason AKV has fallen off of the guides radar. See wdrl's thread: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2526238

I have to admit I'm surprised that Disney still has a lot of OKW points to sell. It also looks like the points being sold at SSR are not THV points but older SSR units. Both resorts appear to have a lot of points being returned to Disney for various reasons.
