I think from Disney $95 per point

From resellers- it varies. BC can be $98 and OKW could be $75. BWV is about $86 or so.

thanks - yeah i am bumming i am only looking for 40-50 points, and havent looked in a week, and finally there was a 50 point on TTS website for my month!! BUMMER!

Is DVC charging fees on resales now? I know awhile back there was talk of closing fees, but is it reality?

There are still no closing costs for existing members purchasing add-on contracts. First purchasers are now responsible for modest closing fees.

For current members, I was told $92 for OKW, HH and VB through Disney for an add-on, '05 points if you have an Oct or Dec UY and no closing costs.

thanks again, i am looking for 40 points march use year VWL, I wonder would I get 2006 points to bank? hmmm, may be worth it, and do you pay 2006 dues on those points, or just get a bill in January for the 207 points? and would VWL be 92 a point also?

I think VWL is $95 per point. You would get points for the current Use Year and would pay prorated dues from time of purchase (a little over 3 months worth at this time) and then full dues for 2007.

You can call the DVC sales office at 1-800-800-9100 and they can either connect you with your guide or provide the number.

I've not seen anything official from DVC , but some have reported on this board closing costs around $200 recently for new purchases.

I just closed on 160 ssr through Disney and my CCs were only $176. Maybe it changes slightly based on financing.

To the best of my knowledge, the price info I posted here is correct. I hope someone will post updated info if things have changed.

March, eh? Very interesting! There has been a lot of speculation around here that there would be a price increase around the time they start selling AKV. Thanks for posting this!

The list price for SSR is $101/pt. There is currently a $15/pt incentive in effect for new purchasers with a referral from a current DVC member. The $86/pt incentive price is also available to members adding on a minimum of 115 points. This incentive expires on Jan 20th, at least for new members. There are other discount offers available for SSR but I don't remember the details.
