We ate their last week (December 21st) and paid $30/adult and $16/child between ages 3-9. We had a great time! The food selection isn't as broad as Goofy's Kitchen or the PCH breakfast or as tasty as Storyteller's Cafe, but the omelets were outstanding and the character interaction was by far the best. The characters really took their time interacting with each of the tables. We had a 7:10 seating and even that early the tables were all occupied and the characters were out in force.
P.S. That was the final price including tax. Gratuity was not included since it's a buffet. We left our tip at our tables.
Just wanted to point out that the tip not being included is not a given with Disney buffets. I'm not trying to correct your statement about Minnie's since I know you are right, but I know Goofy's charges the tip up front, so if you leave a tip on the table there, you are double-tipping. I think Ariel's may also charge the tip with the meal price but since I haven't eaten there I can't say with certainty. When we ate at Storyteller's and PCH Grill character meals though, we needed to add the tip ourselves. These inconsistencies can be confusing to people; I know they were for me until I figured them all out!
