I need to call to add bus transfers from a Disney hotel to port. Nervous to call with what I heard about in the spring. Calling from Canada so it’s expensive.
Have call times improved?

Well I’ve been trying to add a hotel for weeks and I get thanks for calling….call back we are busy….click.

It says you can only add airport to port. We are flying in two days earlier so we hopefully don’t have flight issues (hopefully). I need to add Disney hotel to port.

Did you book Disney hotel separately? I too want transportation with Disney arranged hotel. I want Disney to set it up to be on insurance. I sent a email request so that should be interesting.
