Three bridges at Coronado has GF churros (as does Nomad lounge at Animal Kingdom) - They are sooooooooo good. The quick service at Cornado had lots of options as well- the chef was always very nice and very accommodating -modifying almost anything on the menu for me when we stayed in 2019.

As far as I know, the QS is closed. It opened for the holidays but was grab and go only - which did not seem like it would be a very allergy-friendly option.
