Current Disney Shopping promo at Parks and DS ?

There is usually some type of promotion that if you spend XX dollars, you can by an item (or two) at a discounted price. Does anyone know what it currently is and if there are photos of the items?

The only one I have read about currently is the backpack. I think it is $19.95 or $24.95 with a $60 purchase. We have bought a similar backpack as a 'purchase with a purchas'e several times and the amount required to spend was always closer to $40. So, Disney has raised the price on this too
