Can anyone tell what are the latest prices per for buying new into SSR and if there are any current deals available

if you buy from disney direct you must buy at least 150 points. the cost is 98 dollars per point but they give you an 8 dollar per point credit going towards your down payment. so 150 points = 13,500 dollars.

You may also get the '05 points which could be banked into your 2006 use year, some have indicated they received gift cards for disneydirect.com, the lithographs, and DVC tote bags.

Right now you can get 2005 points of whatever you buy and only have to pay 2 months worth of dues. I also hear that 10% of your down payment if paid through Disney Visa is 6 months same as cash. Also there are no monthly payments if you finanace for 90 days so after the holidays and there is financing of 9.75%.
