Current Bounce Back Offer

Not sure this belongs in the category but I need a couple questions answered and y’all are awesome at that!

So my wife and I (plus kids) and HER parent are going 11/4-7 for a quick trip. My family and MY parents are looking at a 7 day trip for dec of 2019 or maybe Jan 2020.

My questions; since we’ll be there can we do bounce back offer—— get two rooms one for us and one for MY parents for next years trip?

Any idea what current bounce back offers are currently?

Do they change before we go if so likely when?

Based on what has been offered in previous years, it will likely be a room discount offer for select dates in 2019 and should include some dates in December 2019 (but not Jan 2020).
