Current Alaska 7 Night Dining Schedule?

Hi! Obviously won't know rotation going in, but if anyone has done the typical 7 night this summer already and knows their menus for the nights that would be super helpful! Trying to figure out if we want to do Palo (and if we also want to add night 1 palo). Thanks!!!!! First Alaska cruise with Disney and we are super excited.

On our recent 7 night cruise we had:
Day 1 Animator's Palate - standard menu
Day 2 Tiana's - Formal night, Princess menu (although it doesn't completely match what I see online)
Day 3 Tiana's - Freezing the Night Away menu
Day 4 Triton's - standard menu
Day 5 Animator's Palate - Animation Magic Menu
Day 6 Tiana's Place - Mardi Gras Menu
Day 7 Triton's Captain's Gala Menu
