Current AK Tree Awakening?

It does not show up on the WDW site for today.
I am going in October and just trying to decide whether to plan an evening in AK.

This is on purpose, it's not a scheduled show and it just randomly happens. In the press releases when it first started they said this was by design because they didn't want everyone just crowding the opening waiting for 1 or 2 scheduled shows. It's roughly every 20 minutes give or take a few.

I've had no problem seeing it with minimal wait just walking by and stopping if the tree is lit up. If you come as it's playing, just wait 20 minutes, the tree does have some movement every minute or so between shows so have the kids look to see who moved there tail or head.. it'll entertain them for you.

Expect to see an awakening every ten minutes for the last hour so between 7:30 and 8"30

Oh! Sure hope they do this for December!!! Still waiting for the hours to get extended!

Are there other nighttime only things?
It says AK will be open until 8:30 on Oct. 14th.
We are going in the morning and taking a pool/tea break.
Then, we might go back to AK if it's worth the trip.
If not, we are going to Disney Springs.

Both Africa and discovery island parties, safari will have is night transition and the tree of life awakening

There is 4 different shows! We saw a deer one and one with Disney Characters this last weekend, one runs about every 20 minutes starting on the hour after sundown. I believe the other two are tiger and possibly elephant?
