Currency Exchange ?

Hello to all UK Dis fans! I hope someone can answer my question. I visited Europe over the summer and have Euros to cash back into US $. My local bank charges $25/US to exchange, plus another rate. I felt that was too high! Since we're going to Disney in December, I saw they have several places to exchange currency. Are their rates any good? Is this where you would exchange your money? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

I can't help with your question as I'm not at all well up on Euros yet! Hopefully someone else might be able to help.

Last time I was there the rates were definitely a bit on the high side, particularly the hotels. Can't remember what the fee was though.

I'm sure there will be some nice Germans, Spanish, French etc around who might be willing to do you a deal for your Euros. I've done this in the past when leaving Spain, find an incoming Brit and offload my Euros for some lovely portraits of the Queen.

Maybe you should hang on to them.....they might be collectors items when the Euro hopefully crashes and burns in a few years time.(NOTE: not intended to start political debate!!)

I'd agree, best value would be to meet up with a european and swap yourself ( cutting out commission and spread for both of you)
