Curious--DCL Concierge available with DVC Points

We have been toying with the thought of using some of our points towards a DCL cruise in 2011. I was looking at the 2011 point chart for cruises and see that it only goes up to Deluxe Family Stateroom w/ verandah. As DVC members do we get the option of concierge level with points if we want to?

I do not know if you can book Cat 3 or higher (concierge) with points, but I do know you cannot book those online and they don't publish those rates in their price charts. So the fact that you're not seeing it wherever you're looking is probably meaningless, not a sign that you can't use points.

You can definitely use points for the concierge levels on DCL. But, they are never published and you must call MS for a quote of points. You can also try to upgrade at the Port, based on availability. Good luck!

I am not sure you can use points for cat 1 or 2. But you can for cat 3.

- that was my thought. I couldn't IMAGINE how many points that would use.

You can use DVC Points to book Categories 1 through 3 but must call MS for points required. Take it from me, you sure need a "boatload" of em..
