Curious, are the PP hotel and the DL hotel walkable?

On our way to the airport we drove passed the disney hotels and they didn't seem to be walkable to the parks, well within a reasonable distance anyway. Our walk from the Fairfield Inn on Harbor was less than 10 minutes. Are the PP and DL hotels further away?

The DLH and Fairfiled are about equal distance to the esplanade - 10 minutes. The DLH does have the benefit of the monorail, which is only about 2 minutes walk from the Dreams Tower.

The PPH has a shortcut through the GCH and it only takes about 10 minutes to the esplanade if you use it.

Also, from the PPH, the DTD monorail station is only about a 5-6 minute walk, and the private entrance to DCA through the GCH is only about a 6-7 minute walk.

Ah, ok. I couldn't see any walkway from the PP to anywhere. I must've just missed it. And the DLH looked a little far. I guess not though.

Oh no, its totally walkable! We have stayed at the PP twice, and if I can walk it, anyone can!

They have the entrance plaza marked over on the right, on Harbor. But there's another way in on the right. When you enter from Harbor, you can look across to see the bag check area from Downtown Disney, which is where one would enter after walking from the three disney hotels.

There's a really good map that's in Adobe Flash so I cant' copy it, though I have the PDF on my computer. I'm going to TRY to figure how if I can get it onto a picture site to share it...but then I'll have to be worried about Disney's legal team yelling at me. If you go to disneyland.com and towards the top, towards the right, there's a link for "map". Gives a popup with an interactive Flash map, and if you click on the DTD section, can give you a nicer view of the paths and such from PP and DLH. Well, in my opinion, at least, having walked from PP the WRONG way (so so long) and walking past PP from a further away hotel and going the RIGHT way (so much shorter).
