Curious about Windsor Hills..................

I have just started the think of the possibility of renting a condo for
a WDW vacation.
And, so far I seem to be leaning towards WH.
But just curious about these condos.
Do all the owners just use this property to rent out as vacation homes ?
Are there actually any owners who live in the condo full time ?
It really seems like if you have the money to purchase one, it would be a good investment.
I don't want to purchase, I am just curious about how it all works.

Windsor Hills has 2 and 3 bedroom condos, 3 bedroom townhouses with private splash pools and 4 - 6 bedroom pool homes. Most of the properties are rented out as vacation homes. The owners will block off time for their own vacations but rent out the rest of the year. There are some that live in the pool homes in Windsor Hills but I don't know about the condos.

We stayed un a 4 bdrm pool home 2 weeks mid July at WH. We loved it. People we talked to said about 80% of properties there are purely vacation rentals. House we stayed at, the owners are there about 2-3 months out of the year.
