I read on Mouseplanet that Tiana's Meet and Greet is scheduled to end Jan 31st. I REALLY hope that she doesn't just disappear from the parks. Hopefully Disney will add her into the rotation at the Princess Meet and Greet.
Just in case, I'll definately have to make it back down to Dl by the end of the month!

I would get down there. They might add her permanently, but then, they can't just add every character from every movie. Plenty of people wanted Gisele from Enchanted (as a princess, which makes beyond NO sense, LOL) and there are many theorized reasons why she isn't (besides the fact that she's not a princess, but a businesswoman), but the bottom line is that they can't add everyone.

That said, Tiana has been touted as being very special, so of any character I would think she might be added permanently, but you never really know!

I would hope that she is added to the permanent character list..and i know that every character cannot be added...but I thought since she was the new black princess...should would be addedf to the regular rotation

I second that motion!

Oh, how sad. Naveen was darling. :( I'm glad I got to meet them BOTH, and without playing the roulette that is Princess Fantasy Faire!

I would think that Tiana will almost certainly be put in PFF (and might even be seen in the Hollywood Backlot in DCA)...but that said she may or may not be very common. Tiana is a Disney princess and while she's a great character, frankly I think Disney is interested in capitalizing on a new princess as far as merchandise and such. There are a lot more Tiana items available right now than Mulan, yet Mulan appears at PFF--I think Tiana will almost certainly be in PFF too.

If we're lucky, maybe the meet and greet will re-open during high season. Aladdin still appears in Adventureland, for goodness' sake, and isn't that movie back in the Disney Vault?
