Cumbrian Lakes

We are staying at Cubrian Lakes next Feb. Anybody else stayed here, if so what is it like and how far from disney is it?

We stayed in a Florida Leisure house for the last two years on Cumbrian Lakes. Great location about 10 mins from the parks. Community has some nice features, is gated and all the houses are pretty new.
