Culinary Demo and F&W Who has done it?

I just signed up for a culinary demo at the food and wine festival and PAID for it even though I have no idea what I am getting lol!!! Where else on earth would i do that? There is very little info that I can find other than the fact that it is a demo, cutco is listed and olan, NY and scallop Can anyone who has been tell me more about what will happen and what I am in store for? Thanks!

Hopefully this link works. I reviewed a pork belly demo I did last Sept. I think I read somewhere that they are no longer doing the wine with the demos, but other than that should be similar.
