Cuba Classic Car Excurion

Does anyone know if we would be able to get a classic car tour on our own without booking it was RCCL for $275?

Oh wait, I see that is the price for one vehicle for three people. That's relief. Oh well, maybe this will help someone else who misunderstood the excursion.

Yes. You can just hail one down. They drive right past the cruise terminal. We paid $150 for a two hour tour. No seatbelts or airbags. I left my phone in the guy and the driver came and found me to bring it back.

I just received an email today from my TA, as of November 17, 2017 you have to book any excursion in Cuba with the cruise line.

That is a bummer. We decided at the last minute to do it and it was really fun.
