Cub scout requirements in Disney World?

Hi! I have a first year Webelos & am wondering if anyone has ever done or seen a write up of things scouts can do to fulfill requirements at Disney--my husband was thinking maybe something for engineering, but if someone's already done something it would be great to not have to reinvent the wheel.

How are you getting to Disney? The Traveler is the PERFECT pin to work on! You could perhaps depending on the leader even work it out for the Map/Compass Pin (another requirement for the Traveler).

Another absolutely PERFECT one is the Language Pin (another pin they can earn for the Scholar pin). This could so very easily be done in EPCOT.

The Engineer is more hands on, so I don't see a ton of accomplishment on that one while in Disney.

Can they earn these pins as a Bear and have them count for Webelo? He'll have finished the Bear requirements before our trip but won't cross over to Webelo until two weeks after our trip.

We're into Scouts too but only for 7 years and I've only got 2.5 years as a leader (but about 6 more to go once DS #3 joins next year)

Sorry, but no, not until he crosses over. There are several belt loops that he can work on though. I have been a den leader for years and Asst Cubmaster as well. Belt loops are cool to earn too though. They all also have pins to earn with them.

Beltloops available wold be langauage and culture, geography, map and compass and collecting if you do pins. Your den leader should have the requirements in the red Cub Scouts Academics And Sports Guide. While you may not be able to get each and every requirement for all the beltloops/pins, you should be able to get a majority of them
