Cute things they say:

My 8 year old asks me: Mom, how long can you stay at this hotel? (as we pass through the Contemporary Hotel on the monorail)
Me: As long as any other hotel, as long as you have money to pay for it.
DD8: But can you stay long?
Me: ?
DD8: (something like) Doesn't the name mean for a short time?
Me: (LOL) It's not the Temporary Hotel, it's the CONtemporary Hotel! It means it's modern!

Not Disney related, but my DD4 said this today after chewing about a half a roll of bubble gum tape that she found....

Me: Your teeth are going to fall out if chew so much gum.

DD: Well Papa can put his teeth back in when they fall out. (of course my FIL has dentures)

Me: He has those teeth because he didn't take care of his real teeth...

You can't pull anything over on my DD anymore!!!

My 5-year-old daughter went to a birthday party and Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz was there. Upon leaving, my daughter tells me, "Mom, she was great! And she was a face-character."

That's when I realized we were truly a Disney Family.

When my friends daughter was younger when you made her mad she would say "Do you want a piece of MEAT!!!(instead of Do you want as piece of ME)"
As she was yelling this at you, I said to my friend "I think your daughter just offered me a piece of meat??"lol

As we were driving up to Epcot on the Disney resort bus, my then 4 yo ds yelled "Hey, its the Hockey ball at Apricot!"

This trip my 2.5 yo dd liked the safari with its "cows" (Okapi?), camels (antelope), "mangos" (flamingos), and "crockagators." We were in stiches.

OMG, that's too hysterical!

My DD calls our local Disney Store "DisneyWorld" or "Mickey's Store." Her eyes are going to just pop out of her head when she sees the real DW in a few weeks! Can't wait!

Our first day in MK, our first "big" ride was Splash Mountain. Our petite 4 year old daughter was about 39.5 inches when we measured her at home, so we were really crossing our fingers as we tried to just saunter into the Fastpass return entrance. The shrewd CM stopped us, measured her, and she came up short. Well, she cried and cried, and we decided that my wife would stay with her while I rode with our 6 year old son.

When my son and I rejoined them, my wife whispered to me that she told our daughter that it wasn't that she was too short, but that the real reason they weren't allowed on Splash was because Mommy is too fat, and our daughter had to keep her company. Our daughter bought it.

About a week later, on the first morning we woke up at home after our vacation, our daughter bounds into our bed incredibly happy. We asked why, and she said she had a good dream, that she was now tall enough to ride Splash Mountain. My wife celebrates with her and says, "Yay! Now all 4 of us can go on together!"

To which our 4 year old daughter replied, gravely seriously, "No, Mommy, you still can't go on. You're still too fat."
