CST...anyone do this??

Is anyone a CST?? I got acceptance into the program at the Community College for this coming fall 2006. I'm wondering how those of you that do this if you would recommend someone going into the field. I'm a 38 yr old mother of 2. I would like to know the life in a day of a CST if anyone could help me out, also is the pay worth the work etc...any info would be greatly appreciated. I want to work at the larger hospital in area (North Al) because they do more of course than the smaller ones.
