It is quite tasty and cooked to order. The portion is on the small side for the price but it is an excellent value if you are using the DDP because it is a counter service credit. It comes with a side as well. 
I'm a total steak snob (my Dad owned an upscale restaurant when I was younger) and the steak we had at Pepper Market was about the same quality you would expect at an Outback or a LoneStar type of place but nowhere near a Morton's or a Ruth's Chris cut of meat.
