If the Pepper Market becomes a TS buffet - then will the Rix Cafe add some additional food options ?

It's an old rumor. I wouldn't worry about it.

It's only a rumor that Pepper Market is going to turn buffet, and it's been around for awhile.

There's absolutely no telling what would happen should this rumor turn out to be true.
