CSR- Pepper Market - Counter Service question

DDP - CSR - lists the Pepper market as your CS option.

Can one order the more expensive items as your CS entree plus a soda ?

Such as:
Carved Roast of the Day - Carved roast of the day from the Grill Station. Market Price.
or
Ribeye Steak - Served with potato and vegetables at the Grill Station. - $19.95
or
Sampler - Choose any two of the following: Roasted Pork, Bourbon Chicken, Spicy Chicken Kung Bao or Stir Fry Beef with an egg roll from the Wok Kitchen. - $15.95

When we were there last year DH got the ribeye. It was a CS meal.

I ate there this past May on the DDP. I ordered the steak and veggies, but asked him to cut the potato. I was pleasantly surprised when the CM added more veggies in place of the potato. I didn't expect him to, but that plate was full. Over at the dessert area the CM said the best deal for the DDP was a trio of desserts they offered. You could choose any three among a chocolate chip cookie, churro, and brownie. I chose one of each. The churro was OK but the cookie was almost burnt and the brownie was very dry. The only thing you couldn't have on the DDP was the level 3 desserts (cakes mainly). The CM said anything among the entrees was available.

The answer is yes! We just returned from CSR in late June and ate at the PM a few times.
The Prime Rib with a horseradish drizzle was fantastic! The Ribeyes were a little thin yet cooked just the way we asked and quite good. The veggies were fantastic with both. I was dissappointed in the Sampler Platter-dry and "blah" yet of course, that is just my opinion. (The sampler came with noodles and an eggroll.) The desserts were limited on the DDP yet you can always pay OOP if something that catches your eye. We were able to get ice cream sundaes on the DDP which was cool. All in all, we were happy with the food at the PM!

Yes, you can get anything off the menu with the exception of desserts. The desserts are limited to only certain types but the meals are not.
