CSR or WL

We are booked at CSR June 27-July 2 with the Disney Visa offer. WL is 620 more...is it worth it? We have never stayed at either hotel. Any information is greatly appreciated!

Never stayed at CSR but have done a split with POR and WL...I don't think it is. Liked WL a lot but we were fine at POR and I didn't think it was worth all the $ to switch...just my thoughts.

I have stayed at both and honestly it is a tough call. It all depends on what your family likes to do. We are park commandos so we usually stay at the moderates. But this time we went for the WL because we got the 40% off and it made the difference only about $300 and more importantly we could get bunkbeds. My kids, DS and DD, are 14 and 17 and need their own beds. I figure we will be doing WL and/or AKL for the next few years.

We liked both resorts. CSR is very spread out but it has a nice location, pool and hot tub. It also has queen beds now that the other moderates do not. I would personally say that size is its only drawback.

The WL is visually beautiful and a very relaxing resort. It is smaller with iterior rooms. The boat ride to the MK is very nice.

We loved CSR - queen beds- very comfortable, wooden doors to block off bathroom area, beautiful landscaping, great themed pool w/slide! Also, very close to DHS, EC, and AK. Friends stayed at WL(liked the theme, and CSR was already booked), and liked it, but weren't overly excited. IMHO, save the $ and do CSR, I think you'll be happy you did!

We're doing a split with both! I'm so indecisive

I'll let you know which is our official preference after June 12th. Right now, I'm more excited about the room at CSR and the resort grounds. I'm more excited about the location of WL and riding the boat to MK (nothing else "deluxe" stands out to me except the location and maybe the balcony.)
