CSR or CBR?

We've decided our next trip to WDW will be in late summer 2019. Hopefully, a lot of the construction on the resorts will be completed or be coming to an end by then. We've previously stayed at the Port Orleans resorts and I want to try something new next time. I can't decide if CBR or CSR is the right choice. We'll be taking advantage of the pool with midday breaks for the heat. CBR appeals to me because of location and the fact that the Skyliner system should be in place (according to what I've read) by then, so it might be easier to come back to the resort in the middle of the day for a break. I like the deluxe-y feel of CSR and it looks like it's got beautiful grounds, but is farther away. Which do you think would be the best choice? Plusses and minuses from those who have stayed at both? Thanks!

I've stayed at both, and to me, CBR is only worth it if you pay for a preferred location. Otherwise you can end up a long walk away from the themed pool and the shop and restaurant. CSR is not as large, and I have had no issues requesting building #4 which is close to the front, but not preferred. And as a bonus the first bus stop picked up/dropped off is right behind that building.

I also found the bus service at CSR to be much better than that of CBR. It may not look it on the map, but it is a quick bus ride to all of the parks.
