I wonder why they eliminated the jumbo mug. I'll have to hang onto mine for a keepsake.Nothing has changed with the mugs. It is the same as it has always been. The only difference with the CSR mugs is they no longer have the jumbo mug.
This is something I put together but by no means is this the complete list of conventions.Buzz thanks for all the great info. I just have a couple of questions. I know there is always a possibility of a convention or 2, is there anyway of finding out ahead of time about how many. If not do they have some sort of info board in lobby that might show when they take lunch breaks and the such, so we can avoid having meals at same time as I assume it could get crowded. Thanks in advance![]()
Nothing like that. They only post the rooms the different groups need to be in during the day in the lobby by the store. Thanks for the list . Do you know if they post a break schedule anywhere or does the conventioneers eat somewhere other than Pepper Mill and Maya Grill.
Thanks
This map is not valid. CSR does not use all those number for the ranchos and/or cabanas. This map of CSR might help you understand better: http://www.wdwinfo.com/resortmaps/cspringsmap.htm

My DH wanted to try a new moderate. We stayed at CBR last year for our first ever disney trip and I loved everything about it. DH and I are smokers. I did check out the map area of CSR with the new smoking policy in effect. Since you just returned can you tell me anything about the smoking policy? I want to stay in the Cabanas area and want to be close to a DSA area. We have small children so I dont' want to be too far from a DSA since we both smoke when we get up and like to relax with a water or soda and a smoke when they go to sleep at night, outside of course. Last year at CBR, we just took turns on our balcony. Both DH and myself are very considerate smokers especially because we have children too. Just trying to accomodate our needs as well since we want to enjoy our vacation. I have read so many of your posts on
Can anyone confirm if the rehab of the pool slide has begun at CSR? Last I heard it was just the slide and the dates were 3/31-4/18. Sure hope that's right!
Should be complete by your May trip. Thanks for the info Kathy! I hadn't heard anything about it for awhile so I just wondered if anyone knew.
Sure hope it's open by May!![]()

Are they just resurfacing the slide?Just returned from another great stay at CSR! The slide was closed the whole time we were there, but the pool & Siesta's were open. They were working on the slide each day we were out there, including Saturday, so I don't see any reason it shouldn't be ready for your trip. Have a great time!!
