CSR food court--can someone explain how it works??

I have read lots of posts and am still confused as to how you place an order, use your refillable mug (if the wait staff takes drink orders do they refill your mugs if that's what you're using?). Is the tip for bringing food to your table or just refilling a mug? Any explanation would be helpful!

I don't know about the refillable mugs, but as for the food: You go to several stations and decide what you want. After they give you the desired food, they stamp a card. After being seated, a wait person will give you silverware and a napkin. When you're finished, you go to the registers at the exit and give them your card. They add the gratuity then. If you get your food to go, you are not charged a gratuity. If your paying for several people, you can have all the stamps on one card.

It has been about 3-4 years since we stayed there
but at that time you could take your mug to the
marketplace diningroom and fill them up at the
drink station. Most times if the CM at the cash saw
the mug they just waved us through.
