CSR Experts-Cabana 9B question

We would really like to get Cabana 9B for our trip in Sept. Are a lot of these rooms waterview? Would I be more likely to get my request if I pay for a waterview room? Thanks for your help.

All of 9b is waterview. The main lake is on the front side and a smaller lake is on the back side.
